CCH establishes full-time physical therapy services in Hulett | County 17

GILLETTE, Wyo. — Rapidly growing demand for physical therapy services in Hulett has prompted Campbell County Health to dedicate a full-time physical therapist, the healthcare organization announced Monday.
As of Nov. 4, Physical Therapist Anita Wisniewski, DPT, will begin providing full-time physical therapy services to the Family Clinic Hulett on weekdays. Her new role is in response to rapidly increasing physical therapy patient numbers in the town, per CCH.
For some time, CCH has been sending its Rehab Services team from Gillette to Hulett twice a week in an attempt to meet physical therapy needs in the area. After the need for a dedicated physical therapist in Hulett became apparent, Wisniewski was reportedly identified as the perfect fit.
According to CCH, Wisniewski, an avid horseback rider, felt drawn to the community after participating in a cattle drive. On a whim, she decided to ask about open physical therapy positions at the local clinic. Her timing coincided with the Rehab Services team’s realization that Hulett needed more than what they could provide.
After an application and a few interviews, Wisniewski officially joined the team, bringing her passion for patient-centered care with her, CCH said.
Wisniewski says people want to be listened to and when their caregivers listen, they show that they care and are compassionate about helping their patients get better.
“The entire Rehab Services team is thrilled to welcome [Wisniewski],” CCH said in a statement. “With her experience, dedication, and love of the northeast Wyoming region, she is sure to make a lasting impact.”
When not helping patients, Wisniewski enjoys horseback riding, spending time with her pets, golfing and traveling, per CCH.
